General

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, direct bank transfer, and other popular payment methods. You can find the complete list at checkout.

Can I play my game on all platforms?

The availability of games depends on the platform. Please check before purchasing to ensure the game is compatible with your console or PC.

Which age rating is shown on the cover?

Standard Editions are rated with PEGI (English Version). Limited Editions can come without an age rating printed on the cover; despite they are rated by the German Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK).Collectors and Special Editions containboth ratings USK and PEGI. 

Does this version work on my console?

There is no region lock. All discs and cartridges, whether EU, US, JPN etc. will work on all PS4/PS5 and Nintendo Switch consoles.

Why do I have to be at least 18 years of age to receive the game? (GERMAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)

This only applies to German customers: Even though all games have been officially rated, the rating itself is not printed on the cover. Under German law, these games must not be delivered to minors. 

We ship our games in a package with age verification. This means the deliverer will check if the recipient is at least 18 years old. A person living in the same household with the same surname or a written authorization is also allowed to accept the package, so you don’t have to be at home. We can’t ship to your local Packstation, sorry. The deliverer will only check your age on the ID if he is unsure whether you are over the age of 18 or not. 

Orders 

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

How can I change the adress on my order?

You can change the default address on your profile, so it applies to future orders. Unfortunately, you can’t change the address of an already placed order. Please contact our support to edit the address for that matter.

Can I add a game to an order that hasn't been shipped yet? 

Unfortunately, we can’t change your order once it has been placed. But you can place a new order including all items you would like and cancel the old order.

Shipping 

Is there a way to track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

Depending on the destination country, import restrictions and charges may apply – please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies. 

How long will it take to receive my package?

It depends on where you live. Find here an overview of the average shipping time (in business days): 

  • Europe: 2-5 days 
  • USA: 8-15 days 
  • Canada: 11-30 days 
  • UK: 3-5 days 
  • Japan: 8-10 days 
How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide using registered mail to make sure your products arrive safely. Please allow shipping to take up to two or three weeks.

Shipping Germany: 

  • 5.49 € up to 1kg 
  • 6.49 € up to 3kg 
  • 7.99 € up to 10kg 

Shipping United States: 

  • 5.49 $ up to 0.3kg 
  • 12.99 $ up to 1kg 
  • 25.99 $ up to 3kg 

 

Shipping to all other countries: 

The shipping fees will be calculated in your checkout process. You can also check them in your cart after adding products or follow this Link for a more detailed overview about the shipping costs to your destination. 

Please note that all shipments may be subject to import charges if your shipping address is not located within the EU. For more information regarding duties, customs and VAT, please check with your local customs office. 

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Due to global shipping difficulties, shipping often takes longer than it did a few months ago. Sometimes it takes some time for the parcel to be updated in the tracking status, but it is not necessarily lost. All of the parcels eventually arrive. 

If your parcel doesn’t move for at least three weeks don’t hesitate to contact our support. 

Returns and Refunds 

Physical products (e.g., games on disc, cartridges, merchandise): 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unopened and in like-new condition.   

Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. 

Defective or faulty products:

If a physical product is defective or a digital key is not functional, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and provide either a replacement or a refund.

Return Procedure:

Please contact our customer service with your order number and a brief description of the issue. 

For physical products, we will provide you with an unstamped return label and instructions for the return process.  

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. 

If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us. Our team will be happy to assist you! 

How long does it take to receive my refund? 

Once your return has been processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Support and Technical Issues 

My game won’t start. What can I do?

Please check if your system meets the minimum requirements for the game. Right console and country or if necessary to update your drivers and install any available patches. For further issues, please contact our technical support.

Can I recover a lost account?

Yes, click on "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact us.
